I’ve never been able to get good rest with a tv or radio on as I tend to incorporate the sounds into my dreams. I have a friend who can’t sleep without the radio on. When we were teens I stayed the night at her house and it was the worst sleep I ever got.

If there wasn’t cable television I would get little restful sleep. Solves insomnia. Can medicare pay my cable bill?
