Some people are mean just for the sheer joy of being mean. Taking something good and helpful like yoga (whether done alone or with more) and making negative comments about it (and then not even bothering to explain – the old hit and run) is just mean. You see how he hasn’t come back and replied to anyone who has left comments to his posting – a coward, at that.
