Some of our songs of our youth, that spoke of changing the world, are now jingles for advertising. On the other hand, when my dogs watch me dance to a cool song, they wonder what the heck I want them to do. Sometimes they dance along.
The kids could just laugh and join in dancing and have fun memories instead of acting like their parents are weird. They can do that when they are teenagers.

Well, kids, first you have to have lived a few years, long enough to have memories that go back farther than three years. :^)
