Or they can have learn to enjoy elderly people like their grandma. Possibly learn things Val won’t want them to know about…

I vote for Colt’s comment… I think Holly will whine and complain, but they’ll get there and the seniors will be partying it up and they’ll have a great time.

Who’s sitting Who? Maybe Holly gets a job there Volluteering on weekends?

Time for mom to do the big sell.

I left my sons on a bench in the mall for a bit and came back to find an elderly gent amusing them with the story of the time his brother got them arrested.

The young can learn a lot from their elders- and vice-versa;-)

I am DJ’ing a sockhop at our senior center for new years party for the seniors.

Seniors and teenagers often get along very well, especially when the seniors are ‘young at heart.’

My son loves listening to his great uncle’s stories.

Holly’s old enough to stay home alone, and to babysit. As long as the girls don’t kill each other…

But wasn’t Holly scared to sleep alone in her room not long ago??

Agree with Destiny23. My 14 year old girl and 10 year boy are quite old enough to be alone home (easy to get out of the house everywhere, in case of fire or gas leak).

On the other hand, if they go to the senior center, they can add it as community service on their college apps.
