now Lio has two pets who have a way of wanting their food (the other being the cat who has all sorts of ways)

Frankly that snake don’t give a damn…

Wagging their tails isn’t something seen in constrictor snakes, and Snake Chow isn’t at all alive or even recently dead, so it’s unlikely to hold much interest. Maybe Lio’s been using his evenings to work on hybrid species. Snake + dog = ?

Sure. Reinforce very bad behavior. Sure! ;)

I wish I could feed my snake from a bag.

Purina, they got a chow to cover every critter in the animal kingdom. I worked for Busch Garden’s Zoo Dept in Willamsburg one summer. It seemed like they had a chow for every animal.

Time to turn that Snake into a belt

There was a pet store in the area that sold white mice from a cage labeled “feeders.”

Constrictors like to give their food a nice cuddle before eating it.

I love the grin on the snake’s face.

I like cute snakes.

So it’s either get food or be food …

Between Frank and Cybil, it’s a wonder Lio makes it past dinnertime every day!
