Winning – ugh, I hated parents like that when I was coaching. I had undefeated seasons and winless seasons, but some of the kids from the losing teams went on to play varsity and college, while kids on the undefeated team quit – so the win records at this level are utterly meaningless. And the parents sometimes make the kids hate playing anything.
