Let’s see, after running around a soccer field in the hot sun, then swimming right after. Sounds good to me. I have long hair also, and if I was using a swim cap, it would get scrunched under it. It wouldn’t stretch that much to accommodate my hair. My hair would have to accommodate to the swim cap.
