Even the Dems are capable of wasting tax payer money on frivolous law suits. I wonder if DWS is going to take the stand under oath and admit that the DNC emails about election rigging are all true. After all she was the DNC chair at the time who did some questionable moves during the 2016 primary.
A couple of days after the Watergate burglary, the DNC sued the RNC in a similar lawsuit. It was settled by the RNC coughing up 75% of the requested damages in payment to the DNC. The delicious part of the history lesson is the settlement took place on the day Nixon resigned.
Oh, and the regressives of the time all bleated and squealed like stuck pigs when the suit was filed. They pointed fingers at the DNC and said they were nuts to suggest Nixon had broken the law and obstructed justice.
