The only reason he is investigating anything to do with Stormy is because the president had an extra-marital affair with a porn star when his 3rd or 4th wife was pregnant. In order to keep his affair quiet, he tried to pay off the porn star. Instead of paying her off, he let his lawyer do it, his lawyer never got paid back – so it was a campaign contribution which was never reported. He didn’t sign the agreement, so it is null and void anyway.
