Mueller needs to get tough. The laws shouldn’t favor the crooks.

The privilege is null and void if there is a conspiracy to commit a crime, dumbass.

@crittersgranny…if there is probable cause showing a lawyer is conspiring with their client to commit a crime (or crimes), then attorney client privilege does not apply, obviously. You can’t have lawyers plotting with their clients to commit crimes, though maybe trump supporters think that’s OK, it’s not.

The referral about probable cause went from Mueller to the trump appointee Rod Rosenstein, who referred it to the trump federal prosecutor appointee in the Southern District of NY, who referred it to a federal judge who approved a legally binding search warrant.

So there is no attorney client privilege if you are planning to commit crimes with your lawyer. AND THAT’S THE WAY IT IS SUPPOSED TO WORK, THANK GOODNESS!!!

There, crittersgranny, fixed it for you with a little lesson in the rule of law.

Another “foul tip” from Summers… Good effort at ‘Deflection,’ though….

You don’t get attorney-client privilege when you and your attorney are breaking the law. This isn’t a one-man tank. He got a warrant for every door he knocked in on those criminals.
