By the way, today is my husband’s birthday. We are partying tomorrow.

Back from our week in the Chuckwalla Mountains and catching up with Ten Kitties. Highlight was finding a beautiful Long Nosed Snake, so sweet and gentle I wanted to keep her. Weather was way hot one day and cold and windy the next. Close to 30 species of migrating birds visited our water drip, it is bone dry out there and no wildflowers at all unlike last year’s carpet. Down to 2 weeks to finish moving, the hard part is finding places for all my stuff at Craig’s without overwhelming him!
