Just as well, that Jordan did not look overly bright.

Ashley will soon be in the same boat as Holly.

SCOTTtheBADGER, maybe he’s not so socially bright, but he gets better grades than Holly.

Anyway, it’s sometimes better, when someone has an unreciprocated crush on you, to pretend you don’t notice.

Meanwhile, Ashley’s probably wishing Jordan would get out of her hair, since she’s nuts about some guy in high school (who doesn’t know she exists)….

Hang in there, Holly - you deserve better, and you’ll get it!

Next month it will be another boy.

I get the feeling we’re going to be seeing a lot of girls named Miley, Kristen, or Megan in the coming years.

In “Gone With The Wind”, Ashley was a guy.

Makes you wonder….

I guess “Ashley” has replaced “Jody”…

If some of you read this I know this is a SS comic strip but so real to life by the creator. We have to remember something about young teens rather current Holly or soon Alex. Children in Jr. high change boy friends and girls friends a lot there is always someone better and all move on. Also happens to adults some tire of who they are with and move on others stay with their loved one. Me I have stayed with my hubby of 29 years and no plans to change.

Scott, Holly was encouraged to study by this boy - so family should not have placed this pressure -as the next one will most likely be less studious or helpful.

Or a Tiffany or a Suzi (w/an i instead of a y)…….
