I remember back when Pong first came out – addicted to it for hours endlessly, eventually had to go cold turkey as this was before rehabs were really available. I still have flashback every now and then, especially when it speeded up and went faster than anyone could possibly handle. Oh, the horror. Women somehow are not as affected as much by every generations high tech toys. Or maybe they secretly are???? Hmmmm!
I had one of these. At first I thought it was kinda simplistic and stupid. Little red lines. You could move left or right forward or back. The field was three (3) spaces wide and I forget how many long; ten, I think. It turned out to be as addictive as all get out.
