Since Garfield is a CAT and therefore unable to communicate reliably with humans, he is unable to defend himself, I move the case be deferred until an interpretor can be found. The court finds Garfield to be a minimal flight risk and he wil be released on his own recogninisance until such time as the case is ready to try. Bang.

That was pretty funny. This is one of my favorites.
Maybe I enjoy seeing honesty come home to roost so much because I spend lots of time trying to get to the bottom of things with my students.
Well it’s nice to see that Garfield is taking responsibility for at least some of his actions - some of my students could learn from him!
