I think the question is, how did Ralph accidentally eat a doughnut.

Back in the day, I knew a guy who drank four cans of diet soda each day. His intention was to lose weight. Surprise! It didn’t work!

He must have tripped and fallen on it facefirst. “It was a million-to-one shot, doc!”

For the sake of the breed, we need more large carnivorous animals around.

The most dangerous thing is yo-yo dieting. That’s where you eat food that resembles a yo-yo. Like Oreos.

Losing or gaining weight, food cravings, dieting, yo-yo dieting . . . all these are mediated and manipulated by your “gut flora”.

The composition of the population of these 30-40 species of microbes determines when or if your diet will succeed.

Everything in moderation….I get laughed out for counting out my pretzels and chips and other stuff I like, but I eat a small balanced meal and I get to have goodies too….again in moderation. Has worked for me all my life…I gained a lot of weight after being in the hospital for 21 days in ICU and they told me I needed to eat…so being a good Italian/German gal I ate “a lot” and gained weight and then more till I weighed more than I ever had in my life…took my two years but I lost it all and worked out and was back to where I was in my 20s….now unfortunately I am old and my body won’t take some of those things I ate….so now going down in weight again and losing inches in heights…ain’t like grand NOT! (at times)

That’s like eating pasta and antipasto, so that they cancel each other out.
