Where do you shop?

Long list – stopped it. Mostly brick and mortar. What we don’t get there in our preferred quality: online or via phone where we know where it’s from.Some stuff via amazon et al. Yard sales for DVDs mostly.

At places that have what I want to buy.

At a store

Whoever has the best prices on the same item usually.

I have the task of breaking down the Amazon boxes for the recycling bin. Wore out 9 box cutters during the Christmas season.

Mostly grocery shopping, so I shop at the supermarket. There are four in my area, but I like Market Basket because they don’t use sale gimmicks like the others do. When an item is “on sale,” they tell you so…none of this “must buy so many in order to get the savings” malarkey.

Do you discuss it?

Not much for shopping, and mostly shop for need, but I’ve been spending a lot time with Amazon lately. Too much time on my hands since I retired. And no PUZZLEWHIZ, I don’t discuss it.

MIght work in the short run….if spouse and I discussed all of our on-line purchases we wouldn’t have any time for anything else.

Don’t leave any of these behind. They reproduce.

Peanuts from Amazon Prime? 4/5 of the packages they ship to me have no packing material at all, even if the box is half empty! The other 1/5 just use the big air pillow types.
