There’s no area to make suggestions, just innumerate multiple choice questions with 5 levels of satisfaction for things like, “How accurate were the phone system categories in the automated system?” followed by, “How satisfied were you with the categories in the phone system?” followed by, “How satisfied were you with the number of categories in the phone system”…
