    When they give you that “We are experiencing higher than normal….” Don’t you have to wonder just how awful the product must be.. and why… did you buy it?

    Makes you think that before you purchase anything.. phone the customer service line and see how long you are on hold.. then do you really want that product.

    I usually don’t mind the accents. I get cranky when I have to spend 20 minutes trying to get a person for a problem that can’t be solved by their automated system.

    Sounds like “tech support” for Connect Network. There is no CSR number to call a human (this one listed is useless) sent an e-mail for assistance, still waiting for a response. Oh, by the way, figured it out myself….
