When I delivered my second son I weighed at least 210 (that’s what I weighed at Thanksgiving 3 weeks before he was born). He weighed 11 lbs 7 oz when he came out (no C-section, mind you) at 10:30am on 12/20 and when they weighed me at 5:30pm I weighed 155.

Sounds like my two older sisters, both broke 250 while pregnant and neither ever looked back.

My niece’s younger son weighed 13 pounds. And no, it wasn’t a C-section.
