I have 7 steps from the yard to my back door. My daughter’s dach has to build up a head of steam to make the climb back into the house. If he stops midway for any reason, it takes him several minutes to gather the energy for the last 3 or 4 steps. Oh – when he does make it in one try, he pulls to the left the whole way up. Some day, he’s gonna go off the edge of the stairs.
