It’s definitely a vicious cycle they went through.
texting and walking is dangerous, I’ve seen people texting walk out into traffic without looking.
Another case of “just because you can doesn’t mean you should”!
There needs to be an age limit to texting.. only young people are capable of texting while driving or walking.. it seems.
Trust me, too many times I’ve been stuck behind TERRIBLE drivers, TEXTING and Driving DON’T MIX. It’s actually illegal here in NJ along with using your cell phone while driving unless it’s hands-free.
