There was a Saturday morning cartoon in the 1960s entitled “Cool McCool”, which was a parody of “Get Smart”. McCool was a totally inept secret agent, and a running gag was that, at the end of each episode, McCool would manage to enrage his boss, Number One, who would then send McCool flying out of his office with an ejection seat.
