We are still at risk for nuclear war. We are still set for “Launch on Warning” which is insane. Even the Russians aren’t that stupid. We are. Time to stand down. Instead of updating our nuclear arsenal we can cut back to 20. Upgrade them. First under Obama and now Trump who was quoted as recently saying, “why don’t we use them?”
