    What’s with the shrunken frame?

    Is it that way for everybody?

    Don’t see how it could NOT be, since it’s all one image…

    But if that frame were meant to be small wouldn’t the text in it be larger?

    Without wasting time researching it, I’ll just offer my vague understanding that all that silliness about mailboxes being federal property ended when the Post Office was (supposedly) split from the federal government to become the (supposedly) independent USPS. You’ll note that there is no Postmaster General sitting in on Cabinet meetings these last several decades.
