Even worse are all the scented products nowadays. I’ve more than once felt sorry for the animals who have to live in houses where people have drenched them in stinky, fake-scented, perfumed products…UGH! :-(
That is actually a myth. Human noses are way more powerful than we give them credit for. Yes, there are things that a dog can smell that a human can’t smell, but there are also many things that we can smell better than a dog (e.g. identifying ripe fruit). A study in 2016 showed that the human nose can detect more than 1 trillion different smells… we just don’t take advantage of this ability.

It’s very obnoxious to other humans too, boy. Especially when humans BATHE in it every a.m. All you need is a shower.

I don’t think scented plug-ins are healthy for man or animals. No wonder so many folks have allergies….to many things are scented.
