The part about “47th in education” is incorrect. That honor usually goes to Louisiana and Mississippi who occasionally get bumped up or down by Alabama or Georgia. People used to move there for the mild weather but that’s not the draw any more.
Buried in debt is a myth. California currently has a $7 Billion surplus. But like the stock market it is rarely reported. And yet, our elected officials are considering massive tax increases for ’18.
