When I was a teenager, there was a very overweight man living diagonally across from us. (Back then, this was less common.) Also, across from us, the family with a 5-year-old was expecting a baby. So, the 5-year old poked the overweight man in the stomach and asked, “Do you have a baby in there too?” (Out of the mouths of babes.)
