This puzzled me, but I think I get it. He resembles a fire hydrant. And who knew there was Pooch Avenue, with Poncho, Boomer, Gus, Hudson and a cast of extras.

The only fire hydrant on this street has been cleverly disguised by PooPoo.
By the time he got home he was pi$$ed.
Are there no leash laws in this crazy town?
