Codes. It’s really hard to find a place to park a tiny house because of local codes. You have to have somewhere/somehow to dump the potty tank, etc. for starters.
I could get permission from the county to build a ‘gramma’ house on my property, except I’d have to let the county put a homeless person(s) in it for a year.
