A reminder from one of my favorite Founding Fathers, James Wilson, that in most states, today is the last day to sign up for 2018 healthcare coverage at Healthcare.gov.
A right that, despite being the “greatest country in the world,” we are still fighting for.
The same thing applies to the EEO regulations. By spelling out the “protected classes”, the argument moved from “what is fair and right?” to “are they in a protected class?”
Unfortunately, Donald John Trump has repeatedly shown the built-in ‘stupidity’ of NOT enumerating in precise and exhaustive detail what should and should NOT be done in each and every conceivable situation. Having worked with the ‘mentally challenged’, I understand better than most, the the problem of dealing with people such as Donnie who operate with less than optimum mental acuity. “How far from ‘normal’ is this action?” is a question Brian Williams on the “11th Hour” news show is asking over and over of his “panels” these days when discussing the actions of Donald John and his minions, and you dismiss such questioning as biased ‘liberal’ drivel at your own peril!
