It would be easier to pay women a fair salary and not sexually attack them. But there will always be Trumps in this world who use their positions of authority to demean others, sexually assault and act like petulant children. There are Trumps all through corporate America, he is just the most visible one.
I fought for 50 years for pay that was equal to what was payed to men doing the same job. It didn’t happen in all of that time. I don’t think it’s going to happen in another 50 years. My dad used to get a kick out of my feminist attitude when I was 16, he said you keep on fighting just resign yourself to the fact it’s not going to happen. He liked that I was a fighter but he wanted me to be a realist also.
