I am not holding my breath for this one to work. We need legislation both parties can generally agree on. No company will invest the tax savings back into their company in capitol improvements or R and D when the political climate can change next election cycle. Imagine going into debt for years based on tax breaks and have them taken away when the majority changes in the congress.
