Yesterday in south Louisiana, we ran our air conditioners. This morning, we’re running our heaters.
It’s been proven that cold helps people sleep better.
We prefer a cooler bedroom. Even under blankets and/or cats and/or dogs. And the white noise of the fan helps us get to sleep. Even on a three dog night.
