My best help for headaches has been aspirin and coffee. Tylenol does not work on me at all. I used to take a pill (I forget its name) that combined both aspirin and caffiene. For some strange reason, they replaced the aspirin with Tylenol. It did not work, so I dumped it. I prefer to avoid prescription drugs, because they seem to come with numerous side effects.

And Mucinex and Nuprin and any prescriptions.
