Our scale, when connected to the tablet, will give body fat, water, etc, but yoyu have to stand on exactly the right spots. Not a big deal as the bluetooth interface is totally flaky.
Been losing some weight and I feel it, and my clothes are looser. But I don’t have the courage to step on a scale yet. After the first of the year if I can get up the courage…
And this from the guy who eats constantly, gorges himself then sleeps the day away still expects to have less weight? Sorry Adam you are disconnected from cause and effect. You eat and lay around so you gain fat.
