You should be nicer to Herb.
My brother, father and mother’s father all died around 50. I’m 65 so I’m doing something right.
I did a lot of walking when i was younger. I stayed quite healthy.
Now my hips are shot.
It doesn’t matter how well you take care of yourself during you life, because something will always come up to mess it up. It’s either genetics (ie, family history) or something happening to you that you don’t have control over.
