After centuries of abuse of women, we would like to call ourselves civilized. Yet if you stop and look around you still see rape and pillage and plunder. We pass laws that make it legal to pillage and plunder by corporations. And if we attack the victims and make them too afraid to come forward, we can keep the rape on the QT so that we will appear civilized in history. So when do we get civilized? When do we become more Humane humans? When does Homo sapiens leave the jungle behind???
