Was in Venice 15 years ago needed a restroom. All places you had to be a customer. Saw Mcd’s. Went in to the restroom. The restrooms are shared by both men and women. So line was long. The stalls had toilets with no seats so you hover. Found this around Europe. 1 restroom for all. One place had a lot of American tourist & had one door for men and another for women. Both led to the same room.

I’ve been around the world many times and I cant think of a country where there wasnt a McDonalds. KFC has to be a close second!
