While I don’t believe this would happen, I have to say I also don’t fully trust electronic infrastructure. So, I still buy books even though I have a Kindle Fire HD. I also borrow books, trade books and give books away because they are tangible and can be stored more securely if needed like in my fall-out shelter. You know in case the N. Koreans come for us. Ha Ha. Truth is about the only thing I use the Fire for is checking the news and weather, listening to music or trying new recipes in the kitchen. And, just in case it’s ever needed, I also recently used a book to re-learn how to use my slide rule for when the third world war that our president seems intent on starting is over and we need to rebuild (not sure if this is laughable or not since it’s also a little scary).

Wait, I am not all that savvy on this stuff, but I didn’t think that “readers” could be hacked because they have no other function but to read… Now your TV, cell phone, baby monitors, etc…they report back to corporate, Moscow, Peking, and DC

Actually, the latest in E-Readers do allow connection to the internet. So, yeah, the “Ruskies” can hack your E-Reader.

I don’t know what to say, except, this is nuts, huh Ralph!

Joke explained or analyzed, is a Joke Killed. Do you have any sense of humor, or just look at the cartoons out of boredom?
