Bucky is too much. He torments Satchel and makes him depressed, then charges Satch to allegedly cheer him up, which I imagine Bucky intends to do by not tormenting him for awhile. Humans call that extortion. Cats call it good business.

In Bucky’s defense, he hasn’t been around in the past few strips, and I’m sure that has made things better for Satchel.
