Basic niceness (of ANY kind) seems to be in short supply these days — saw a lady on crutches as we were leaving a restaurant, she was having difficulty with the doors, I offered ( to her amazement) to help. She had been on them for 3 weeks and I was the first to assist her. I WAS APPALLED!!!!!! Folks, common courtesy does NOT cost any extra!

Nitpicking: The correct response to “Thank you” is "YOU"RE WELCOME"! Not “No problem”! Okay. Rants over. Move along. Nothing to see here.
