Looks like socialism to me. Seeing how I’ve voted for Socialist Party candidates on numerous occasions (the last one was Brian Moore, 2008. Obama was too conservative for me.), I’m all right with that.
We already have a “You don’t die agenda”. First you love Jesus. Second, Jesus gives you material wealth for worshiping Him. Third, that wealth just may include healthcare. Welcome to the “Prosperity Gospel” of Christian Values America!
Actually our forefathers wanted a free market Society and the government to keep their hands off thinking that it would level itself out by itself. Which could be true but the collateral damage is pretty ugly.
@mikefive…the belief in religious precepts as promulgated by revelatory texts and organized religion is unsupported by evidence. The belief in the scientific method is all about examaning the evidence to understand the phenomenon.
The empirical method tries to overcome “faith-based answers” while religion embraces those “answers.” Religion focuses on the unverifiable and belivers rely instead on a leap of baseless faith.
Science is terribly effective when applied consistently. Religion can never be shown to be effective, its effectiveness has to be taken on faith with no consistent web of causality to be teased out of the data and replicated for verification. Huge difference in the belief sets and the precepts that support the scientific method as compared to the religious experience.

dunno. Socialism and capitalism are mixed. I’d say that we’d be moving closer to socialism, but that isn’t socialism- its a mixed economy

How about a plan that deals with issues that we the people are concerned about and the parties have been avoiding?

I’m a retired RN. The Teamsters and the UAW secured primo health insurance for their members. This strip is feeding you a lie about unions.
