Obama has been handed a skam0dunk in the gay-rights department, wherein by doing NOTHING everyone gets what they want.

Instead, he is actively snatching defeat from the jaws of victory by fighting the courts advances in civil rights and actually defending unconstitutional, mean-spirited laws. what a stupid, stupid man.

^ It was pointed out by Rachel Maddow that he has already been picking and choosing what laws to defend and that Clinton chose not to defend cases. By defending DADT instead of letting it go like Schwarzenegger with Prop8 he shows whom he’s really trying to woo this election cycle. We’re taking notes.

By forcing it in an election cycle, he’s hoping to make the voters do their job, Show up. Say what you think. Where it counts. Go, Barry.

It’s not a good idea to force the military to change on a dime, especially in an election year.

Let them do their “study” and sell it as their idea.

It’s going to take some adjustment especially with the close quarters living on a ship or submarine.

We never should have forced blacks and whites to work together in the military. Nope nope.

The comic would hav ebeen funnier if there was any truth to it. Instead it’s just the same old right wing smears.

I’m so far left some liberals think I’m dangerous and Mr. Rall is not repeating right wing smears. Everything in the comic is true. The Dems and Repubs are different in degree, not in kind. Like George Carlin said before most of you were born, “There’s only one party, the Money Party with the Democrat and Republican branches.” Vote third party. Vote Green.

Mr Obama and Ms Clinton are preparing for war on Iran by claiming to believe that that country’s government is building an atomic bomb to drop on Israel - in what way does this claim differ in kind from Ms O’Donnell’s professed belief that the Chinese are going to invade the US ? With their bipartisan policy of wars of aggression abroad, the two branches of the money party are placing the US - and the rest of the world - at great risk, just as the NSDAP did here in Europe nearly eight decades ago….
