    If not about films …

    … about what, then?

A “makeover” eh? Sounds like plastic surgery is in Silver Nitrate’s future…..

I don’t see Silver being too keen on any kind of make over.

Wonder if Mike has seen the anime “Read Or Die” ( R.O.D. )

    P.D. speaks—

Silver will be asked to present convincingly, to front for the scam, to alter his appearance. Sprocket is cool with this and can handle the makeover—just for Silver, or for Sprocket also? “Shoes not optional”?

Films are not the focus of the scheme. Books feature strongly in Domain’s domain, and the scam envisioned by P.D. may well involve books in some way. Phony first editions/rare books to be peddled to some gullible collectors (and why, at that cue, do the names of Vitamin Flintheart, Diet Smith, and even Oliver Warbucks come to mind?), perhaps….

Sprocket is up for almost anything as long as it doesn’t mean hurting children…or wearing shoes.

I think the criticism yesterday was a little unfair. You have to introduce your villain or villains … and lay the groundwork for the story.I just hope to see Dick Tracy in some real jeopardy …. in the story… and Sam around … a little ‘high adventure’ would be nice.!!

Here’s an article published Sunday in Comic Book Resources as part of a series on one comic strip (or book) wrapping-up the unfinished storylines of another one http://www.cbr.com/dick-tracy-little-orphan-annie/
