Poncho needs to realize the reason he had to be stressed out so much because he needed a walkie and could not get one is because of his bad behavior, so it is in his best interest to tone it down.

I think Margo needs to put Poncho on a chocker coller and walk with a tight leash. I think before they walk to far Poncho would adjust.
