The conversation is reminiscent of Ozzie’s conversations with his neighbor, Thorny in “The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet”. I used to wonder how Ozzie could afford brand new Chrysler Imperials and yet never seemed to work at a job. Much later, I discovered that I was just young enough not to remember Ozzie’s real-life job as a very popular band-leader with his wife as his lead singer.
