Lucy’s advice isn’t worth even a modern nickel, much less a 1970s one. A friend of mine complained about her medical doctor. I thought she was crazy until one day I took her in to the office. (She was heavily pregnant and her husband couldn’t go with her.) He sat and talked to her the whole time with his eyes shut. Never looked at her once. He is only a GP, not an OB, but still!
