40 is heralded by a nagging pain that never goes away. Usually in your lower back, or one of your knees, or somewhere.sighIt’s like once the mental demons are trounced and you’re ready to just live, then your body is like “nuh-uh, here comes aging!”
I sometimes forget I’m old until I accidently look into a mirror. Surprise!
How to be youthful: “I’m twenty four! And another twenty four!”
When my sister turned 60, I kept my tongue VERY firmly under control. I’m just 3 years younger than she is, after all.
