This polling bleeep really gets to me. I all depends on whom you ask and who does the asking. As with all statistics, either it happens or it doesn’t, either it’s right or wrong, 50/50 in any case.
Because in an era of hyper-partisanship nothing gets done without a super majority. Doesn’t matter who is in charge or how great the ideas are if you only have 59 senators behind you.
