Cell phone use, especially with speaker in public is one of my peeves. I usually offer advice on the conversation like: “I think your sister should get that operation.” and people tell me to mind my own business. That’s when I turn back to them in shock and say, “Oh, so that was supposed to be a private conversation.”
Was using a speakerphone on a call this afternoon. But then, I had to — I was driving. Caller was also using a speakerphone. The echo was hell. But since the caller was at a desk, she picked up the handset and everything was fine thereafter.
